My Nutrition and Training Philosophy

Life is meant to be enjoyed. Otherwise, what’s the point, right?
That’s why I believe that even healthy food should be delicious and overly restrictive diets are pointless. With my nutritional coaching you’ll learn to eat better while loving every bite and you can still enjoy your favorite foods (in responsible portions)

Equally, I don’t believe in spending all of your free time in the gym, just enough to develop a strong, healthy and beautiful body.

What I DON’T offer:

  • I don’t offer quick fixes (if you need to drop 3 dress sizes to fit into your wedding dress next month, I’m not your guy)
  • I won’t tell you exactly what to eat every day. I want you to learn to make your own food choices with my guidance
  • I won’t hold back when I feel you need a kick in the A$$ to get things done!

Who I work with:

I’m picky about who I take on as clients as I want to be sure that I can help you with your health goals. If I don’t feel I can, I won’t waste your time or money.

  • Men and Women aged 20-60 years old
  • Self-organized, results-focused individuals who are willing to make the changes and put in the work needed to achieve what they want
  • People willing to LEARN about nutrition and exercise and eventually become independent (I don’t plan on spoon feeding you for the rest of your life)
  • Individuals willing to dedicate at least 12 weeks to making what may be the most important changes in their life
  • People willing to keep some records of their food consumption and exercise progress (as a scientist, data is my bread and butter and allows me to better tailor my coaching to your needs)

Who I don't work with:

  • Unorganized people who can't see a plan through (if you’re looking for a quick and easy solution, look elsewhere)
  • People who aren’t interested in making long term changes in their eating and exercise habits that will benefit them for the rest of their life

Weight-Training Instruction

For people taking their first steps with free weights I offer introductory instruction in safely and effectively performing the most important compound lifts and isolation exercises.
I am not a certified PT.

One-to-One Skype Consultation

If you have specific questions about nutrition or exercise but don't feel the need for my regular online coaching I offer a consultation service via Skype.
